No. If you don't want to have sex they should respect that. If they don't, leave them. That is unacceptable behavior.

It is wrong if he does not respect your decisions then maybe think about if you are in the right relationship.  He seems pressuring which is not good at all do not let him pressure you into anything you do not want to do.

A respectful, decent person wouldn't pressure you into having sex if you don't want to. Sex is highly intimate and vulnerable and special, and if one person isn't on board then it diminishes the entire experience and demeans it. Stand your ground next time you say no. If he continues pushing then it might be time to revaluate the relationship, and ask what he's in it for.
