So I got depo for the first time in early June and a couple days ago I started spotting and I have cramps. I've had sex a couple times since without protection and I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. But I was just confused, is it normal to have this so late? I thought u got them when u first got the shot? Or is there something else wrong ?
