Pain on my side?

Anyone else having sharp pain on their left side above their hip? It feels like I pulled a muscle or something...just hoping it's nothing serious...I'm 5 weeks today

I have sharp pains in my right side and my OB said that was the side I ovulated from and the corpus luteum cyst was causing my pain. The corpus luteum is what nourishes the baby until the placenta takes over
