God told her?!?!

Question

My mother-in-law said she asked God if we are having a boy or girl and he told her a boy! But everyone else thinks girl, my husband had a vivid dream of baby girl and I feel so so strongly it's a girl and all old wives tales point to girl BUT only God knows right?! It just surprised me but will find out next week Thursday at ultrasound. 
Has anyone else had someone say something like this? I mean I don't know if I should believe it? I believe in God but it can't be that easy for Him to just answer a question right away like that!

Sweetheart he can answer questions that easy, he only difference is some people are more spiritual than others so some may here his answers and others do not because they don't know how to listen for them. Also, some people say that God told them something when he really hasn't so I can't say whether or not you're having a boy or girl based on the fact that I don't know if that's really what she heard, but I do know that if it was really God then it is a boy because yes God knows all 😊 and actually, I'm in a similar situation because I only knew I was pregnant because God told me I was. He said I'm having a girl ☺️💝 some people may think we who are close to God is crazy but it's all possible and God still communicates to those who allow themselves to listen.

Could be possible. Your relationship with God is only as strong as your faith. Before We started trying I prayed and fasted for a son and 4 weeks later got pregnant and from day one always referred to my baby as a boy because I serve a prayer answering God and in His name I was carrying a boy. And like you all tales said I'm having a girl but found out just like I asked its a boy.

My point is don't ridicule her if you don't believe. Perhaps she could just be speaking her prayers into existence. And because God doesn't have a conversation with us like we do, for whatever reason she feels her prayers were answered that it's a boy. Whatever the case, be glad someone is praying for your child.  Lord knows we need it in this world today, nothing stronger than a prayer of a mother for her child.  Or grandma 😇😇😃😃

My husband and I had dreams before I was pregnant of a girl. I think I even had dreams while I was pregnant. All the signs pointed to girl and then the night before our ultrasound, I had a dream that the nurse told me I had a boy. Turns out we are having a boy.

God spoke to me during both of my pregnancies. Baby #1 God said boy at 5 weeks confirmed boy at 15 weeks. Baby #2 God spoke to me and told me I was pregnant with a girl before it was confirmed I was pregnant. At 19w6d confirmed girl. I started buying girls clothes at 5weeks bc I had faith that it was true. All of my family and a few friends thought I was having a boy. My husband thought I was crazy because I told him that I was sure that we were having a girl bc God told me. I also have friends who this has happened to. I wish you the best mama!

I thought I was having a girl, so did my mom, sister and brother. I had a dream about my deceased grandfather and asked him what I was having and he told me a boy. Found out last week it's a boy. You never know who is trying to communicate with you (or loved ones)...

Yes and no... Not about gender but... Last September I got pregnant with identical twins after 3 miscarriages and I had a friend of the family tell me that 'God told her these were my babies' and that's why the other miscarriages happened... I miscarried my twins two days later 💔💔💔 she even went as far as to tell me that I needed a second opinion, God told her to tell me my doctors were wrong - they weren't I had a D&C 5 days later
I know she meant well, I guess some people just feel so strongly about somethings...

She must have a super tight relationship with God if he answers all her questions like that. I've tried many times and I've only gotten an answer a couple of times. And it was not easy to get!
