No baby movement

I will be 23 weeks on Sunday and I have never felt the baby move. No kicks no butterflies. All the ultrasounds have gone well. When I ask my doctor why I havnt felt anything she says its your first and it's still early.. Yet I read so much about ladies feeling the baby constantly on here. Is there a reason why I don't feel my baby?? It's very frustrating.
