Help! Daughter won't sleep in crib

My daughter is 2 and a half weeks old and won't sleep in her crib. She only sleeps on my chest or in her bouncer. She also HATES being swaddled because she has to have her hands by her face. Whenever I put her in her crib she just jerks all around. Suggestions?? I know she shouldn't sleep in her bouncer as much as she does but I'm desperate for sleep...
