Help! Getting supply back??

Question

Is it possible to get your milk back when it's virtually gone? I though I was ready to give up but I'm not! Please help!

Answer

You'd want to get onto it real quick if you're to have a chance! Plenty of fluids, fenugreek tablets and most important thing is at least 10 minutes of expressing or baby suckling (even though no milk is really coming out) as frequently as possible (as in every hour or so). Hopefully it's not too late!
