Pimple too close to pop😭

So I have either an extremely large pimple or an ingrown hair right on my outter lip. It's pretty painful, and sticks out a lot. I've tried popping it and got an overwhelming amount of watery puss out, but it's still big! Any advice on how to completely get rid of it? Should I be concerned? I am sexually active but my partner and I are both disease free and always use a condom.
