My soul?

Question

Do you ever feel like your soul is trying to escape from your body? I feel like it's jumping up and down trying to get out. I don't know what to do. I'm a Christian and I'm gonna pray that the feeling goes away or that God will give me clarity

Your may have body disosiation if you've had weed lately, or you may be experiencing something spiritual. Open your mind a little and perhaps meditate on the feeling :)
In Buddhism this experience happens often.

Next time your in bed, lay with your arms flat and close your eyes.
Focus on the spot between your eyebrows and imagine a light entering it. Relax your body so much and also focus on your breathing. Try and push yourself out of your body by feeling yourself sinking by relaxing. It's called astral projection and I have experienced being out of my body once, but have never been able to do it again. It's a beautiful experience. :)

Honestly this could be a psychological thing. It could be a side effect of medicine you are taking. Plenty of medicine has "out of body experiences" as rare side effects. It could also be stress that needs anxiety medicine or just some deep breathing exercises. I am not trying to undermine your religious convictions, but if this is making you so uncomfortable don't just leave it up to prayer. Doctors are here to help.
