Having a hard time

So yesterday 7-15-16 I got a call that my dad wasn't doing well. Well I get to the hospital and found out he didn't make it and has passed away I've been crying non stop and hyperventilating I'm 34 weeks and some days can the stress jump start labor I've been cramping a lot since then
