Anyone use fenugreek?

How did it effect you and baby?

I'm using it along with lactation cookies and blessed thistle all recommended by my lactation consultant. I've only been using it for a few days so I'm not sure how it's working but my baby eats quite frequently and is now gaining when he wasn't before.

I've used Mother's Milk tea before with no problems and it already contains fenugreek. I get the organic one from target.

I got the Whole Foods brand and while I saw an uptick in milk, LO spit up ALL the time from it. I'm going back to Go Lacta which she didn't seem to mind.

I did with my second I and I really don't know that it worked. This time I am going to try tea for milk production. I got some at target called mothers milk I believe
