Unknown lump cause, help- TMI question

So I noticed some aching in my pubic region, and thought I'd see if there was a cut or something, well I had a look but can't see anything, not even a zit or blister, however it's very sore to touch and I can feel a pea-sized lump in my labia minora underneath the skin.

It doesn't seem to move but I don't want to try as it could make the pain worse.

Could it be a bartholins cyst? It's driving me insane.

Oh and I'm 19YO

And only on the bar.

Please help, I'm kinda freeking out, and my doctor is 6hrs away and I have anxieties over seeing new ones.
