I have the worst hemorrhoids and nothing is helping , I'm 27 weeks pregnant. Any advice????

I used preparation h and made some aleovera witch hazel pads sicles. Helped a lot. Soothed so much.

Tucks witch hazel pads you can put between your cheeks. OMG. Sooo soothing

I had the same thing mine never hurt until I went to wipe. I did Preparation H the ointment  and the wipes and ate fiber bars
