I'm 17 and the guy I slept with told me he was 24 but today he told me he's turning 27 in 4 days. I already thought 24 was a little old so when I found out he was 27 I got angry at him for lying to me.

The other thing is:
We had sex where I did gave consent to but the first time he wanted to have sex I didn't want to and told him no and stop multiple times but he proceeded trying to put it in. He also did this after we had sex with consent and told me it wasn't fair that I didn't want to give him some after we already had sex.

Soooo... depending in what state you live its statutory rape REGARDLESS of you either giving consent or not. In California it doesn't matter whether you gave him consent, it doesn't even matter if your parents did. It would be statutory rape. Secondly, the moment you said "no" and "stop" it became rape. You should really speak to your parents or a trusted adult and consider taking action. He lied about his age, he's 27 and could potentially be doing this to other girls. Honey, I don't know what happened. But from what you described, that sounds like rape. Don't take it lightly please. Stay safe and don't let him intimidate you. And you don't EVER have to have sex if you don't WANT TO. Idc if he thinks it's fair or not. He's entering YOUR body and YOU need to okay with it. If you're not, be stern and let him know no means no and he is mandated to respect your body and your wishes. If it consists, that's not someone you should around. The age is illegal whether he's 24 or not. I understand you're 17 going on 18. But unless you're 18 years old it is statutory rape and he can be convicted for it and put on the sex offender list. If you feel uncomfortable that he lied to you I would talk to your parents about it, I would especially mention the pressure he put on you when you told him no multiple times. But your parents can call the police and it is possible for him to be arrested if they do that.

technically bc it's more than 4 years yes it's illegal but then again it just depends on your state laws. but if he proceeded to do it even after you told him no there's a bigger issue than it being illegal
