What would you do

I'm 31 and 2 and I don't necessarily have pressure but every time I stand up to go to the bathroom I have to literally hold my crotch because it feels as if Gravity is pulling this baby right out. My first came at 29 weeks with a similar feeling. I called the Drs office about it on Thursday and she kept telling me it's just gravity and the baby getting bigger. I went into ore term labor at 28&3 this time around and was 1.5 cm dilated and 80% effaced
