ovulation/trigger shot

I took ovidrel last night at 730am and I took my first test at 630am the middle test was 430pm and the last test was just 2 mins ago. am I def. ovulating or is this a false positive from the trigger shot? we are doing our first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> tmrw morning and I'm super nervous my follicle was 27mm on friday.
