Breastfeeding Warm Waves of "Chills"

I've been having these strange waves of warm chills that flow over my body periodically. Like if something brushed against you and made you shiver... Almost like my body is scared... And you wanna shake it off.

I was trying to google and see what might be causing it, maybe to much pp blood loss, or diet problem but I found its somehow linked to breastfeeding. Any other moms experience this feeling?
