Epilepsy in pregnancy

I'm a epileptic an had a really hard pregnancy with my daughter who is now 33 weeks i didn't really fit but I felt so sick an run down my medication WA a real worry even though I was on meds that won't effect her however we want another bby soon but I'm worried my epilepsy will get worse this time as I've been told it does with a second bby does anyone know bout this
