Which is harder after becoming pregnant

Weighing out the pros and cons of both... I'm a FTM and I'm wondering which is harder Returning back to work after having your baby and having to leave your child or transitioning from a working independent woman to a stay at home mom??? I need woman who are speaking from experience...
