Braxton hicks mean anything?

I've had Braxton hicks (I think) pretty often the past couple days. At least 2-3 an hour, when before they were just completely random. I'm 39 weeks 2 days. Doctor will be checking me tomorrow morning at my appointment and IF I have dilated at all I will get induced this week. Do you think this is a good sign?

I've had those same contractions for about 3 weeks now...and nothing. But who knows. The more I read and listen to other people the more I realize every body is different. Good luck👍🏻😊. 
I'm 38+1 and 2cm dilated.

I'm 38 weeks and I've been getting them frequently for a few weeks. I've been checked twice at appointments and still not dilated. At last check it's super soft and 60%effaced. So Braxton's haven't made me dilate yet
