Drinking and breastfeeding?

I EP.  Last night I had 3.5 drinks in 4 hours (Palm Beeezes just go down so smoothly)....I pumped and dumped when I got home last night.  Should I dump this morning collection?

No. The general rule of thumb is that if you are okay to drive (ie slightly buzzed) you can feed your baby. Obviously do what you feel comfortable with. I personally wouldn't, though.

I guess maybe I'm a bad person but I never worried about that (1 drink a hour or less plus if you were eating). I would think you would be more than fine this morning. But if you are really worried about for in the future they sell test strips for testing the alcohol level in your breast milk.
