Gas pains?

I not only get bloating but also get extreme gas pains in my belly. Sometimes it will go away after awhile and sometimes it just won't. Going to the bathroom isn't always an option. Any suggestions? It's really uncomfortable!

First time experiencing this right now. Ugh. Almost 9 weeks. Currently feel like a turtle....have legs under me and up (almost child's pose) with a pillow in an attempt to get to sleep. Lol husband made fun of me but I  don't feel like crying anymore.

I know your pain! Good news..my midwife said it's safe to take Gas-x :) if you don't feel like going to the store, I also would get on my knees and forearms with my butt in the air and sway back and forth/ front to back and that helps work out some of the gas. Also on your back bring your knees to chest just like you would a baby with gas. Your SO may look at you strange but I have no shame lol. I also stopped eating Raisin Bran because I think it triggered gas but somehow regular bran flakes are fine. I'm now 9w3d and the gas is soo much better. :)

I've had similar severe gas pains so I completely understand!! 9 weeks and 3 days.
