If you cramp, don't be scared its normal. Your uterus hasn't gone through any stretching before now so of course it's gonna hurt a little and be uncomfortable. I believe it's called round ligament pain or something. Try your best bit to worry unless you bleed then call your doctor. At 5 weeks it IS too early to do a ultrasound that's why most people don't get their first prenatal visit and ultrasound til 9-12weeks. By then baby is of an okay size and heartbeat can fully be detected. If you orgasmed that's apart of the discomfort too just don't worry much I used to too. Matter of fact I'm a week away from 30 weeks and still get worried but as baby gets bigger and you continue to have sex and orgasm you'll feel what I mean by your uterus contracting because you'll feel it tightening but it goes away! It'll all be okay!!!

I felt like that, if you can go to your dr. Tomorrow go! It could be that everything is fine because I felt the same way went to the dr. And heard the heart beat for the first time and told me everything was excellent. I would say as long as you're not bleeding

Cramping is normal in early pregnancy. You will have lots of aches, cramps and stretching. Also your cervix is very sensitive so it can get a bit bumped or bruised during sex. It will be OK. As long as you aren't bleeding heavily or in a lot of pain then you are fine. Try to relax and congrats on your baby.
