Plexus? Need help!

Okay, I'm considering trying Plexus to help me lose my pregnancy weight (LO is 4 weeks old). I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding in October. Anyone have experience with Plexus? Is it worth it? Are there alternatives that are better?

I tried it for like 4 months and never saw anything. You're better off to make a lifestyle change and work hard.

I was on it for 3 months and I lost 15 lbs... as soon as I stopped I gained weight like crazy.. double what I lost. I'm now the heaviest I've ever been in my life. 😕

It's all natural it dosent taste that bad, it does "clean you out" if you know what I'm saying my whole family drinks it, an it boots energy an you lose weight I lost 30 pounds an I'm 16 my father lose 60 ponds in about 3 months or so, I think it's worth it!, good luck !

Personally I've heard some bad things about it but I don't know many people who've tried it. I am a little bias because I work for another health and wellness company, but the best advice I can give you is to just really do your research and know what you're putting into your body.
