Pulled off a piece of my vulva apparently

So I have a what feels like a typical itchy/burning infection so I got some 3 day treatment monostat, or however you spell it.

This will be my last day on treatment, though last night I had pretty bad pain on my vulva. One spot on my labia minora, the other on the top of my clit. "The bean" as some call it or the most sensitive spot on a clit, so you can imagine where most of the pain came from😒😧😩. I was in the shower and originally thought I got soap in my urethra, but no. I got out of the bath, in pain, and put the 2nd treatment in and it subsidied.

This morning I bathe again and it doesn't hurt but seems particularly irritated. So I suck it up and pat some AC vinegar on the area, it burns for a few seconds which is to be expected while under infection. I rise and get out with little additional pain from the two odd areas it radiated from last night. Mind you I've examined myself in a mirror and there's absolutely nothing there. While doing so I felt a pin head sized bump on the labia majora and clawed it to see it it was a cist, the whole bump came off in my hand. Tiny. Looked like a calcium deposit.

Additional information includes that one of my cats got ringworm will being baby sat my my sister, so I've been treating that. Being that I'm 25 and am not sick I have avoided typical skin infection from that easily, but I can't help but wonder if she managed to get on my bed. I sleep naked and obviously genitalia is more vulnerable than other areas to ringworm. It's not far fetched that my wife left the door open either😑. There is no rings or lines viable. I'm also sexually active, but no my wife and I don't cheat on each other nor are we swingers. We've been together 15 years and are in a happy relationship and are both clean. Genital warts are out of the question.

I'm going to wait until I'm completely done with treatments to set up an appointment, and looking online I see that others get ringworm on their genitals but none described what thier symptoms were or how it was different than a usual infection like yeast. Does anyone here have experience with this? If so how is it different than typical infections?

Excuse the typos. I'm busy.
