Genital Wart!!! Help please??

I was in the shower grooming myself, felt a bump and was like what the hell is that??? It looks and feels like a skin tag... I get out of the shower and google it and all that's coming up is genital warts!!!! I have only been with one man (my Husband). Please tell me someone else has had just a skin tag down there and it's not 100% a wart!! I'm calling my doctor first thing tomorrow but I'm really freaking out! If you've had genutal warts, did you get rid of them?
