Braxton hicks! Should I be having more of them?? 30 1/2 wks

I've only felt Braxton hicks twice (I think that's what they were, pain in lower uterus for a couple minutes, vaguely similar to period cramps). Is that normal? I'm 30 wks 3 days.

How often do you ladies get them? How often is normal? When do they usually come on more regularly? (Regularly as in daily or so I guess)

Some women just don't get them or don't feel them when they do. I'll be 30 weeks in a couple days and I haven't felt anything. My doctor said it's pretty early to feel them anyway. Consider yourself lucky, that's what I'm doing 😊

I'm 33 weeks today and don't know if I've even had any! Everyone is different. I do wish there was some blinking sign of something that said "hey, this is braxton hicks!"

I didn't feel them at all with my first pregnancy. I'm not sure if that's because I didn't have them or just didn't notice them because I didn't know what they felt like. This time I get them maybe a couple times a day on the days I get them, which isn't everyday. They are completely painless for me. I just notice that my stomach gets all hard of a sudden.

They aren't something that everyone gets. I had zero with my first three pregnancies, and now have had them like crazy with this one.
