Canker sore! Help?

Question

I suffer from canker sores and I've done everything to prevent them I changed my toothpaste to non sodium lauryl sulfate. Idk if I'm allergic to anything. But I have one right now cuz my period is going to start I don't usually get them as a sign my period is about to start. But does anyone know how to prevent them? Or make it go away fast? Salt water doesn't work for me.

I get canker sores all the time. I heard that lysine vitamins can help prevent them, but I haven't tried that yet. I use Zilactin b oral gel when I get one, and it works great. It won't heal it, but it protects the canker sore from bacteria and irritation and it'll get better much quicker than without it.

Girl I have one right now 😫 it hurts so bad & saltwater/salt doesn't help at all. My mother told me to just leave it alone & let it go away itself. But that could take up to 2 weeks.

I have a suuuuuper bad one in my mouth by my tounge and everytime I talk or eat it hurts soooo bad. I've just been taking Advil like candy and staying away from super crunchy and salty foods. I get them a lot too. I need some type of meds for them.

It's all from genetics so that's why you get them  but when I have one I usually apply just salt for a few second then I use oral gel it numbs it and helps the healing process go faster 
To prevent them I recommend trying not to get cuts or anything in your mouth this can also cause them if you do get canker sores
