I'm curious at how well does Glow has helped others when it comes to avoiding any other type of birth control and solely basing your active sex nights when you are not ovulating? Any comments, stories or advice will help-- thanks!

I've been doing it for two years and it's worked so far. We had one chemical pregnancy last year, but it was because we got drunk and he didn't pull out during my fertile week. If you are in a commited and healthy long term relationship, if you are both clean of any std/sti, and if a child wouldn't be the "worst" thing to happen - go for it. Get to know your body really well before you stop other b/c though.
