3 mo old Fighting feeding

My 14 week old lately does 2 things 1 she doesn't let me hold her to feed her she had to be in a bouncer unless it's late at night. And 2 she take a few drinks the cries takes a few more and cries. She's on soothe gerber and she's switched several times. But we settled on that. Is this normal? Anyone else having this issue? She's bottle fed with Dr browns bottles
