Joint pain after pregnancy Anyone????

After my second daughter at 25 I noticed it has completely messed up my knees and ankles.  When I walk some days my ankles crack and I can barley move them. These are the same days my knees are in severe pain. It's almost unbearable. Does anyone have this issue!?? I'm going to go to the dr to get checked out but I'm worried this will be a lifelong issue. :(

Yes! It was completely related to hormones from nursing. I stopped nursing at 7 months and within a few weeks my knees felt a million times better. The only problem I have now is related to an old injury.

I had pain in my knees for a while. I figured it was from carrying the baby, stroller, bag etc up and down stairs. So I stopped carrying all at once and would do a few trips up and down to get all the stuff. And started leaving the stroller downstairs. Then it went away. And the stroller got stolen. Then the second one. And the third one. The result- my knees weren't hurting and my daughter was out of the stroller for good before the age of 2
