How to introduce dogs (yorkies)

My mum and i fell out so i didnt get to bond my yorkie with hers. She has 2 adult yorkies, the male is 4 and the female is 5. My yorkie is 4 months old and we want to introduce them asap instead of leaving my puppy on her own while i go to my mums, whats the safest most effective way to do this?
