4th Cycle of Femara

I had my cd 13 ultrasound this morning after taking 10mg Femara on CDs 3-7. I can't believe the response I had this month. I had three good sized follicles (25,21, and 18). I also saw the craziest thing... One follicle measured 55mm!! 😳😳 My doctor was like "holy cow!". He said he thinks that follicle probably released an egg last cycle and just hasn't shrank, but he's not worried about it. Anyone currently in a Femara cycle? How's everything going? Also, has anyone ever had a crazy large follicle like that? Did it shrink on its own?
