Nausea. Birth control. How do you avoid nausea on birth control? Im switching from lo loestrin fe to sprintec. But right now im stressing out, having panic attacks and hot flashes because of it. I cant eat bc its driving me crazy. What do i do???

I eat beforehand, before taking my pill. But it's only slight nausea. If its overwhelming try ginger ale with crackers, peppermint, chewable ginger candy.

The first 3 months on the pill can be difficult. If your body is still struggling after that, then you'll need to change your birth control brand or the dosage.

I used to have that problem. I talked to my doctor and she lowered the dosage and we are all good now 😘
