Anyone planning their next baby?

Ok-I feel INSANE for even thinking about being preg again (I'm 29 weeks now and it's getting pretty uncomfortable) BUT I'm "geriatric" and it took almost 3 years to conceive this baby. The doc said if I have a natural birth we can start trying 6 months later. I really want to have 2 kids, but the thought of being preg again so soon scared me! Anyone else planning a back to back pregnancy or anyone have experience?
