I'm 30 weeks with twins and got diagnosed with gestational diabetes about 7 weeks ago. I've been keeping my sugar in range and following the recommended diet since this. I've been fine until the past week when I have been constantly hungry! I've been making sure I get the right amount of carbs and eat enough, but within 30 minutes hungry again. Anyone else deal with this and what did you do? I just want to make sure I keep my sugar levels in range for the sake of my boys.
