Infertility heartbreaks . Need advice

Im a young girl who graduated highschool ready to start my family with my boyfriend of 4 years . I was recently told my left fallopian tube is extremely inflamed and scar tissues from the bacteria infection called "Salphingtitis" , are blocking it unfortunately making it useless . They want to remove it due to swelling issues that will progress as long as it stays inside of me . I am going in for a HSG test to test my right tube to see if the infection spread to that one . I have been trying to conceive for over a year now and it is the most frustrating heartbreaking process to try and have my own family . Ive wanted to be a mother ever since i was a child because growing up in a broken home did damage . I would do anything to be a mother and dont know what else i can do other than take prenatals and have intercourse on my fertile days .
