My fiance and I have been struggling to find a home that fits our needs and is the size that we will need for the next 30 years or so. Today I was looking at houses and I found two beautiful houses within our price range but they both say act-pending. Now I've read up on Act-pending and I know that it is very slim to get a house that already has an offer going through the process. Im really just wondering if anyone has ever been successful in getting a house that already had an Act-pending on it and what steps you took in order to do so.
