Delivery, natural, C-section.. Worried

Okay so I'm 31w and 6d and I talked to my mom on the phone a bit ago. She's had 3 kids. Me natural, bro and sis c-section and was telling me how her deliverys went.. With the C section told me how bad the meds they put in your back feel when they put it in and how still you have to be or you can get paralyzed. And told me when she got induced the pitocin hurt as well being that her body wasn't starting labor naturally it hurt really bad. I know everyone's is different but I have Gestational Diabetes and have read it's high risk of being induced and a lot of times need C section.. Both things she said were painful 😰 when she talked about her having me natural she said it was great and easy but I was only 4lbs. Now I'm scared about delivery :/
