IVF after 18 months TTC. Follow my journey!

Around end of February i found out that i had hydrosalpinge on my left tube and also both of them were blocked. Couldn't look for a fertility dr. Because I didn't have health insurance that would cover it, until in march I finally got a job with a good health insurance that would cover the treatment, once i was eligible in june I finally saw a fertility dr. That recommended me to remove the tubes before start the treatment because the hydrosalpinge has a fluid that could prevent the embrio to implant, so i did an ultrasound that checked my ovaries, so if there was a problem the doctor would fixed too at the same time she would remove the tubes but luckily everything looked great. One day after the ultrasound I started with a very strong abdominal pain that I could barely move, 2 days after i went to my 1st consultation with the OBGYN that would remove my tubes, but due to my pain i end up being admitted to the hospital and found out that I had an abscess that needed to be drained. After 3 days at the hospital and 2 weeks of strong antibiotics, when i came back to see my dr she said that i was clear, and she couldn't see anymore the hydrosalpinge, so my OBGYN and my fertility dr. Want to go ahead with my treatment without removing my tubes. I had 2 surgeries to remove dermoids before, in result i have a lot of scar tissue that end up blocking my tubes.
Fingers crossed for me! I started the estradiol and at the end of July will start the injections if everything goes according to the plan!
I would love to share my journey with you guys!
My advice for who have been trying for too long, go see a doctor and demand the appropriate tests. I'm 33 now and I'm glad that i found out what was my problem.
I have few challenges ahead but i will leave in God's hands.
