I need help !! (Off the pill now )

So I just got off my pill cause it made me sick to my stomach for three months I couldn't handle the side affects anymore . So how long am I supposed to bleed/ spot for ? Cause I'm not taking the pill anymore , it's kinda heavy, not like total period though , but it's dark . I need advice
