Nausea... what do you do?

I am 9 weeks 4 days pg with twins and got sick (vomiting) for the first time this morning.
What do you do to help with nausea?
I am on holidays right now so it is kind of 'easier' although wondering if i will survive my flight in a few days...

Yes, saltines! Lifesavers also helped me sometimes. Hang in there!

Suck on a peppermint. You can also ask for nausea meds if you think you need them.

Lots of saltines! Keep some by your bedside and eat a few before you even get out of bed. I also drank a lemon ginger tea and that helped calm my stomach and energize me a little bit at the same time!
