My first scan at 4 weeks &2 days.. I did see the baby the Dr told me I should comeback after 2weeks.. is that normal not seeing a baby at 4weeks??

Yes that's perfectly normal! I went into the ER when I was 4 weeks pregnant and they did a trans vaginal scan and a regular scan and they couldn't see the sac! The doc told me its either to early that the scan couldn't pick it up or its a ectopic pregnancy! But it's too early to  detect the sac give it about two or three weeks

Yes, it's normal not to see anything at 4 weeks. I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and they were super tiny.
