Clogged milk duct help!

I will call doc tmrw..

I'm a first time mom I havnt had any leaking at all. But I have several very hard lumps in my breast and they hurt so bad. I've tried massaging and a hot shower but it's not helping. The only thing online says to pump... But I don't have a pump and I don't want it to put me in labor. Anyone had this happen? I'm 36 weeks
