Giving 4 year old breastmilk.
Do not judge, or say anything rude. I know this a weird question but I am curious. When I had my first baby, she only breastfed for 2 weeks. I had low supply. I am now expecting my 2nd and want to exclusively breastfeed this baby. My daughter will be 4 when this baby is born and I was wondering if it would be weird for me to sometimes give her a glass of breastmilk sometimes after the baby is born? Like, let her try it a few months after baby is born and when there is some left in the freezer or something like that? It has so many wonderful nutrients and I would love for her to get them also but I don't want to be judged for it.
(I don't mean feeding my 4 year old directly from my breasts. I mean giving her a cup of it every so often after the baby is fed and I have pumped.)
Thank you! 😊
