I'm completely assuming this is all in my head, but I have been feeling some action in my lower abdomen, like a dull ache or a "full" feeling. Idk if it's just that I am just constantly thinking about that part of my body so my mind is making me imagine it, or if I've actually got something going on. How soon after conception could symptoms start to arise, before even confirming with a missed period or a BFP? It's only been 8 days since we started having sex this cycle...
