Ovulation help please
I have been off the pill for two months and I'm trying to figure out this whole ovulation thing. Any help is much appreciated.
Today is the last day in my fertile window and I had spotting and cramps. The usual pulling feeling on one side. Does this mean I am ovulating or that I already did?The
