IUDs, the implant and depo are the most effective, offering 99.9% protection.

Next would be the pill, vaginal rings and dermal patches at 99.7%.

The condoms (both male and female) at 98%, and then other devices like diaphrams, cervical caps, vaginal sponges etc at under 98%.

Regarding what is best for you, its trial and error. Some women react well to all birth control and have no issues, others have issues with some birth control and not others, and other women have issues with all birth control.

You just need to try something and see if you like it and if it suits your body.

I just got the iud put in so I can't tell you about that much. But I can say the pill made me sick and the depo shot was the worst 2 years of my life.. 😩😡

It all depends on you. I tried an implant and got REALLY sick. The pill has always worked for me. I've never tried an IUD.
