Preseed?!

I heard that most people TTC have gotten pregnant quickly after using preseed. I'm considering to use it but I wanted to know if any ladies on here have used it and got a BFP.

We were ttc for about months, used preseed the 5th month and got my bfp at 10dpo!

I havent tried preseed but i used conceive plus for the first time at the end of june and im currently 8 days late. Hoping it worked but to scared to test. Baby dust to us all!!!
