Af is 2 days late

AF is 2 days late on a normally regular cycle. I've felt lousy for a few days, but I feel crampy. I hate the let down of a bfn, so I'm too chicken to take one. Idk what to do ladies. I'm hoping so badly that this is our month, but I just don't "feel it".....
